How does DT Max restrict expenses for commissioned sales people?

Some employment expenses relating to commission income must be limited to the amount of commission income earned in the year. These expenses are commonly referred to as Restricted expenses. Expenses which are not limited to the commission income are commonly referred to as Unrestricted expenses and include such expenses as office rent, office supplies, etc.
